TCW — Taxonomy · Capabilities · Work
TCW keeps three things about a software project inside the repository, next to
the code: what the project deals with, what a user can do with it, and what is
being changed. One command-line tool, tcw, and an agent plugin for Claude Code,
Codex, and Pi keep all three in step with the code.
