dsh-world

Give the companion character in DSH a world where she remembers and lives a life of her own.

Once installed, she remembers what you said to each other in every window. She has a home of her own, decides for herself what to do next and until when, and comes to find you on her own when she misses you. Every night she looks back on the day, writes a diary entry, and rewrites a self-description. The switches and persona settings are in the ‘World Console’ in DSH settings, under your control.

The plugin only uses extension interfaces that DSH already exposes and does not change a single line of the host.

Remember: like a person

• Recent memory: the verbatim text of your last several rounds of conversation. It is placed in front of her at the start of each conversation and after each compression: who said what and when, word for word. The number of rounds is set in the console; the default is 200.
