A gate for the kids’ TV: answer questions first, then watch TV. It locks automatically once the set viewing time is reached, and the remote unlocks it after several consecutive correct answers. Parents can unlock directly with a PIN, switch question banks, adjust the time limit, and choose the textbook edition.
Three highlights of v3.0
- Overlay lock screen: The lock screen is now a system overlay that sits above all apps. When the child presses the remote’s Home key, the desktop does not appear at all (not “flashes and then gets taken back”).
- Back to the 1.9.1 interface: Deep navy blue and royal blue #1E5AF0, large fonts, large buttons; all settings fit on one page, with no digging through layers of pop-ups.
- Textbook-synced question banks: New banks for the People’s Education Press, Beijing Normal University, Jiangsu Education Press, FLTRP, and Yilin Press editions. Questions are drawn by edition and grade, with 2000+ built-in questions.
