Coverage reporting measures Python lines and branches with the existing .coveragerc exclusions, using complete Linux/Python 3.13 runs within the weekly and conditional nightly cadence. It does not instrument Rust execution. The reporting procedure and measured report explain scope and actual test outcomes. The badge shows the last processed Codecov report; it can describe a completed suite with failures. Reports may lag later direct or skip-CI commits and do not certify a full matrix.
