buildQt: Automatically build Qt from source

Description

  1. The main purpose of this project is to build binary versions of Qt from source code (automatically built with GitHub Actions)
  2. Mainly targets the open-source versions of Qt5 and Qt6
  3. Mainly builds the Windowsη‰ˆζœ¬ (using the three major compilers MSVC, MinGW64, and LLVM-MinGW)

Versions

  1. Versions without β€œRP”: built from the complete Qt source code, building the vast majority of components
