Windows r63 (2026-11-03): Adds per-account encryption and password choices, shared account-free startup, and verified conversion with crash recovery. No new dependencies or models. Repair and validation. Existing processes load the fix after restart. Linux/Mac remain r51.

Qwen voice runtime repair (2026-10-30): One active SSD-local Qwen package layer, corrected repair/status references, and a Windows checkpoint-loading crash fix. Changes and validation. Updated Windows source is individually browsable; historical release archives are unchanged.
